License Grant
Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaS software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license is solely for your internal business purposes and is subject to the limitations set forth herein.
User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access the SaaS software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment
The use of the SaaS software is subject to payment of fees as agreed upon between subscriber and the service Provider. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the software. No refund will be made in any condition for the payment already made.
Intellectual Property
The SaaS software, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the property of Provider. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the software, except as expressly permitted by Provider.
Data Privacy
Provider will collect and process certain personal data in connection with your use of the SaaS software. Provider will handle your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SaaS software and delete any copies in your possession.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Modification
Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Agreement on Provider’s website. Your continued use of the software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the SaaS software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings. No waiver or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
